Since then the fan made translation was completed, but I have no idea about how to go about converting a PC-Engine ISO into a VC. Strangely enough when Konami released this as a VC over here, they did not bother to translate it at all. To be honest, I dunno, but when I see these "reprints" without the official logos and such, it makes me feel like "what's the point?" Besides the permission of the rights' holder, what's the difference between these $50-$100 copies and those asian/russian knock-offs on ebay for $15? And I'm not advocating piracy, mind you, I wouldn't order the cheapo carts (I rarely order from ebay and amazon for classic stuff for this reason), but it still feels off without the whole Nintendo/Sega thing to make it official.
